If the FAQ or your sponsor or sponsor's sponsor is not able to answer your question, then the Customer Service Support Staff is available Monday - Friday. Please provide relevant Promoter/ Participant numbers when necessary.
Timely response to support emails is our number one priority and most emails are answered within a few hours. However, some emails can take up to 24 hours or more if the situation needs to be researched by management or assistance from other departments is needed for the solution. We kindly ask that you DO NOT submit multiple email requests as this does not get your email answered sooner, it only delays the response as emails are answered in the order they are submitted.
